Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly while ensuring the highest standards of care and discretion.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

2. Delivery Times

We use Australia Post Express and Parcel Post or reputable courier services. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days for major metro areas and up to 5 business days for rural or regional addresses.

3. Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee dispatch, not delivery. Once a parcel is in the hands of the carrier, we are not liable for delays, damages, or losses beyond our control.

4. Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the event of a lost or damaged order, please lodge an inquiry with Australia Post and notify us at hello@velorahc.com.au. We will assist with the investigation where possible.

5. Discreet Packaging

All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no visible reference to the contents or nature of the goods for privacy.

6. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
